With this acquisition, Epidata adds a new area of expertise, Testing and Quality in software with international certification, aiming to boost the growth of Gesti\u00f3n IT in Latin America.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Buenos Aires, December 2023<\/strong> – Epidata, a leading innovation and software development outsourcing company with a presence in Latin America and the USA, and Gesti\u00f3n IT, a leading Testing and Quality services company in Argentina, have agreed on an investment and strategic support plan to drive the regional growth of Gesti\u00f3n IT.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the acquisition agreement, Epidata will add a new area of expertise to its offering, which is Testing and Quality in software with international certification from ISTQB\u00ae (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) to scale to new clients and services, seeking to drive the growth of Gesti\u00f3n IT in LATAM and the USA.<\/span><\/p>\n
